The Greatest Wish

Deep in the Black Forest of Germany there lived a magical creature with great powers. The only problem he could not solve was his loneliness. Great magical powers taught the creature to remain hidden for fear he would be forced to use his powers for evil, or worse, he were overpowered by a crowd and killed. But he was alone and desperately wanted a companion.

Then one day a young man was walking in the forest. He sat against a tree and wept, for the love of his life had betrayed him. The creature feeling compassion went to the young man and inquired his reason for crying. He told the creature. The creature with no name promised the young man a wish. Too distraught the young man wished for the pain to go away the only way he knew how.

His wish, his fantasy, was granted. The creature turned him into the woman he always wanted to be. A woman so beautiful men would fall hopelessly in love with one look. The creature was just such a man. The young man, now a maiden, fell as deeply in love as the creature did with him. He took the name Roxy. Not that it mattered. No one ever saw the young man again, or the young maiden for that matter. Roxy and the creature disappeared even deeper into the forest never to be seen again. But they were never alone. They were happy and in love. Together.

Cobra Woman

There once lived in the woods of Melchiptck an orc everyone knew as Cobra Woman. She was gentle and kind and kept to herself. People liked her, trusted her, but still feared her because of her awesome power. The desperately ill went to see her because they were out of options. Cobra Woman healed all who asked her help.

But awesome power breeds fear among the ignorant. Cobra Woman never harmed a soul, yet the villagers feared she cursed people, especially those who asked her help. Many believed the price of cure was the control of their minds. And it was true. People healed by her were different when they returned. Their personalities changed leading the villagers to believe Cobra Woman took control of their minds in exchange for health.

Nothing was further from the truth. Cobra Woman healed more than the body; she healed the mind. The healed tried to explain. The villagers refused to listen. Cobra Woman healed the body and then talked with the healed person until they understood life better. They all left healed and optimistic; something uncommon among the villagers.

Axel could take no more. He paid the orc a visit. When she asked him how he was ill he had no answer. Cobra Woman would not see him. Then he explained how the villagers laughed at him when he dressed as a woman; he wanted people to stop laughing. Cobra Woman promised to do one better. She took Axel’s hand. Slowly her hand melted into his body. It continued until Cobra Woman absorbs Axel completely. Their minds joined, Cobra Woman shares the meaning of life with Axel. Three days later she forces Axel out of her body. As they separate Axel can see he looks exactly like Cobra Woman.

Axel needed a new name. Cobra Woman suggests Tia. Axel likes it. Tia returns to the village to tell her story. Nobody believes at first and then they fear a curse. Soon they learn Tia is telling the truth. Tia starts a community center where she teaches daily all the things shared with her from Cobra Woman. The village was no longer a group of fearful sour pusses, but a happy, optimist group excited about the future. Cobra Woman smiled. She knew she did well.

Dream Woman

Okay, most guys would not consider her the woman of his dreams. For an orc, Matt found Zelda to be the most beautiful woman alive. Don’t listen to the rumors about the ill temper of orcs. Zelda is gentle and kind, full of love.

But orcs are a feminine species. Men are for breeding and nothing else. When a man is not breeding he is a worthless obligation to feed and keep caged. Zelda loved Matt more than her own life so she did the only thing she could; she cast a spell turning him into a companion, a lover.

Matt struggled with his new female orc body. Humans don’t adjust well to life as another species and gender. Zelda helped Tracy— Matt’s new name— adjust to life in an orc colony. Before long Tracy forgot what it felt like to be a human man.

Rumors of the fighting and killing among orcs are false. The community cohesiveness is what a gathering of orcs thrive on. They build cities and whole worlds by working together as a team. And Zelda and Tracy have finally found happiness in each other’s arms. Goes to show: never let a pretty face fool you.

Marriage Vow

“I love you so much, Katania.” Mike pulled the woman of his dreams tighter into his embrace. A forbidden love has grown beyond the point of return. Mike thought of Katania all day long. She is all he wants. Mike knew when he met Katania that a relationship was forbidden. He knew the rules. But he fell so hopelessly in love so fast he couldn’t pull away. Girls from Tektow have that effect on men.

Katania kissed Mike’s lips softly. Her breath and touch sent a wave of euphoria through him as it always does. The chemicals in Katania’s body have a powerful effect on him. “There is a way,” Katania said. Mike looked deep into her eyes as if to read her mind. He finally said with resignation, “Marriage.” “Yes,” Katania said so softly it was barely a whisper.

Mike looked away struggling with the thought and what it meant. Katania brought her blue hand to his chin and turned him to face her. “Melting into me, sharing the same body with me is a gift not to be feared. What you feel when we touch, when we kiss will be multiplied a thousand times over and continue nonstop.” Mike swallowed hard. “I am afraid.” “Don’t be. I love you and will never harm you.”

Katania brought her lips to Mike’s and kissed him hard. She used her extended prehensile tongue to force Mike’s mouth open. With her prehensile tongue she blocked his nasal passages, forcing him to breathe through her. Mike struggled at first. As he adjusted he relaxed. He could feel his body melting into Katania’s. The feelings were powerful beyond belief. As his body shuddered he sank deeper inside Katania.

And then Mike was gone, inside Katania. A symbiotic love, a symbiotic marriage shared together in one body. It felt strange in Katania’s body, as a woman. It felt good. So very good. The forbidden love is now acceptable. Katania will return home to Tektow; Mike is safe at home inside Katania.

Eye of the Beholder

They don’t call us a pretty species. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. After the death of my family  the Becktaran culture, a peaceful orcian people living life one way at a time, appealed to me. I first encountered the Becktaran people in a news feed while at the hospital waiting for my wife to take her last breath. There was no doubt she would die as well as my children. The accident did not kill my family all at once; it let them suffer before they died. Watching my family suffer so broke me. I snapped.

Grief goes in phases and I experienced them all. Once I reached acceptance I applied for membership in the Becktaran cult group. Only one person gets accepted per year. To forget my loss I wanted to leave my old life and start anew. Winning the lottery required a few changes before joining the Becktaran cult. I would be transformed into a Becktaran woman before entering the group.

When I received news I had won I was not surprised. I could feel in my bones my story would give me the edge needed to win. I underwent the transformation. You may think a Becktaran woman is less than attractive, but I think they are hot and I am a Becktaran woman. To my surprise my pain did not end right away after joining the group. Only after I met Tarzak and married him did I feel like Tessa, a Becktaran warrior woman. I lost a lot that day when my wife and children died. But happiness is possible again if you meet the right man.

Coming Home

The Bengalan home world is populated by orcs. The galaxy avoided Bengala for that very reason. Orcs have a reputation for vulgar, rude, brutish, antisocial behavior. Ostracism by the entire community of intelligent species only made the orcs of Bengala bitter and more antisocial.

Bart, like the orcs of Bengala, is an outcast. Also, like the orcs, he is more intelligent than most. Bart knows people avoid him or treat him poorly or bully him because they are intimidated by his genius. As intelligent as Bart is he can only take so much abuse. No longer willing to suffer at the hands of the ignorant, Bart has planned his escape.

Bart stole a space freighter in dock. The crew wouldn’t return for several days due to a local holiday. Bart reprogrammed the guidance system to avoid detection before he arrived at his destination, Bengala. Everything went according to plan.

The orcs greeted Bart as an intruder and lived up to their reputation. But Bart was a patient man. He explained who he was and why he is on Bengala. The orcs agreed to take him in, but only if he transformed into an orc; they don’t want non-orcs on the planet. Bart agrees. He planned on staying the rest of his life anyway.

The orcs had an advanced nanobot technology. A pool was filled with programmed nanobots. Bart stepped in as directed and settled into a corner seat as the nanobots went to work. His whole body tingled as he was transformed. Only when he stepped out of the pool when the nanobots were done did he realize he was transformed into a female orc. No matter. He was at home with his new friends. He traded in his old human body for that of Mykala, a female orc. Soon he would have an orc husband and have an orc family. Bart was truly at home.
