Carl knew exactly what he was doing. The news reports were
impossible to miss. A leak at the local TG Inc. manufacturing facility released
activated nanobots into the environment. If you stayed indoors you were
completely safe. Even outdoors there was only a slight contamination risk.
Until the weather report of rain.
It was the perfect opportunity for Carl to get the
transformation of his dreams without cost and he could blame the whole thing on
the accidental nanobot release. Hey, he didn’t watch TV so he missed the news
reports warning of nanobots. The umbrella was the perfect touch. Slowly he
allowed the umbrella to drift to the side as he walked allowing the rain to
pelt his face.
Then he dropped the umbrella to his side and waited. The
nanobots did not disappoint. Carl walked back home as Diane with rain massaging
her beautiful body. What Diane could not explain to the neighbors is why she
was wearing a dress as she returned home. You see, the nanobots change men into
women; clothing is not affected. The only way she could return home in a dress
was if she left home in a dress.
It is a mystery.
